Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Inspector to join our team. The role involves commuting to the properties to be inspected and perform a thorough and detailed inspection. Communicate with the customers efficiently and have a high closing rate on sales. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring quality standards are met and treatments are booked regularly.

Duties:

- Inspect residential homes and/or commercial buildings
- Create a Termite Report on a field worksheet and submit to office in a timely manner
- Communicate findings to the customers and technicians efficiently
- Follow inspection procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Keep track of leads that did not close on site and follow up efficiently

Requirements:

- Previous experience in termite inspections and sales is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot termite infested areas
- Good communication skills to report findings accurately
- Ability to write an accurate report and submit on the same day of the inspection
- Must have a valid Branch 3 Field Rep License and Driver License with a good driving record

This position does require a great track record on termite sales. Branch 2 Field Rep License is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
